This agreement and all rights and obligations of the parties therein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru regardless of any possible conflict of legal provisions.

The parties hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Peru.

PRODUCT ORDERS

All orders placed on the Sol Alpaca online store are subject to the acceptance of Solalpaca.net.au, and Solalpacastore.com.au only, at its own discretion. Solalpaca.net.au may refuse to accept, or may cancel any order at its own discretion without addressing you or any third party. If you have used your credit card to purchase merchandise that has been subsequently canceled, Solalpaca.net.au will issue a refund to your credit account.

INDEMNIFICATION/COMPENSATION

The client waives the right to request any payment of compensation to Sol Alpaca, stating that they have no problem(s) or disagreements in the acquisition of the products. Any such matter will be settled should be settled through the means established under the terms and conditions.

The disagreement regarding the acquisition of the products from the client does not generate or create by any means the payment of any kind of compensation.
